Standing in very large, well landscaped grounds, Villa Oleander is a modern, luxurious and spacious villa sleeping up to 6 persons. Situated in the quiet country area of Vale d'el Rei, to the East of Carvoeiro and close to the fishing village of Benagil. Villa Oleander benefits from a secluded location with views to the sea and the surrounding countryside yet is within 5 minutes drive of the shops, restaurants, beaches and golf in Carvoeiro.

Impressive entrance gates open to a long driveway leading to the villa where there is ample private parking space. A spacious entrance hall leads to the large sitting/dining room with modern wooden flooring and an attractive cream leather suite. There is a flat screen Sat television, DVD and CD player and a wood burning stove for the cooler months. Sliding glass doors open to the large, secluded, part-covered terrace and pool from where there are distant sea views.
The kitchen is very well equipped including a central island with a ceramic hob; a double fridge-freezer with ice dispenser, microwave and dishwasher. A door opens from the kitchen to the terrace.
Outside the extensive, enclosed grounds are well landscaped including areas of lawn and colourful shrubs.
Off the entrance hall there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (corner hydro massage bath), another double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a separate cloakroom with wash basin and WC.
On the First Floor there is a twin room with en-suite shower room and a door onto small balcony that has a sea view. From the upper landing stairs lead to a roof terrace from where there are wide views over the countryside, mountains and sea.
