Villa 7 is an attractive two storey villa situated in Montinhos da Luz, just outside Luz.
This villa is in a cul-de-sac in a quiet and peaceful location, about 2km from the beach and all facilities that the charming town of Luz has to offer, including many restaurants, bars, cafes and discos.
This villa is very comfortably furnished. The villa consists, on the ground floor, of a kitchen equipped with all necessary items such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, etc. The living/dining room is spacious and has TV with satellite dish (free channels only) and French windows onto the pool. There is also a small bathroom downstairs.
First floor consists of 3 bedrooms, one with bathroom en-suite, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, the other two bedrooms have two single beds in each.
Outside there is a pool with garden around and a BBQ area.
