There is a good choice of cosmopolitan bars and restaurants around the Marina and the historic centre of Lagos is a pleasant 15 minute walk away along the promenade. For beach lovers, the wide Meia Praia beach is just a 10 minute walk away.
Situated on the first floor with access via entry phone/video link, this spacious, modern apartment is fully air conditioned. The comfortable sitting/dining room is equipped with Satellite TV, DVD and stereo and has sliding glass doors opening to a balcony where you can sit out and enjoy the view over the marina. The well equipped kitchen (dishwasher) is adjacent to the dining area. The master double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a separate bathroom adjacent to the twin bedroom. The apartment has one underground parking space and there is a communal swimming pool.
Maid service is once per week.
