This well furnished and equipped townhouse is located in the area of Alporchinhos, just 10 minutes walk from the beach at Senhora da Rocha. There is a good choice of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk and car hire is not essential here. |
The accommodation is on 2 levels and was totally refurbished in 2009 to a high standard. The entrance is on the ground floor with an attractively furnished (some antique furniture) twin room to the right and a small shower room. To the left is a well equipped kitchen including a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, built in oven and microwave, black marble work tops and a small breakfast table. There is a comfortable, nicely furnished sitting room equipped with flat screen television (freeview channels) and with sliding glass doors opening to a small terrace with table and chairs for outside dining.
Stairs lead to the first floor landing from where a door opens to a large balcony with good sea views and equipped with a dining table, chairs and a barbecue. NB The wall at this level is low and not suitable for small children. There is also an air conditioned double bedroom on the first floor with adjacent bathroom.
Guests at Casa Maronique are free to use the swimming pool at the adjacent restaurant.
