There is good screening all around the villa, with plenty of room for children to play. Beautifullly furnished by an interior designer, the villa has a spacious sitting/dining room with an open fireplace has Satellite television (free view channels) DVD & CD player, tape cassette and radio. Sliding glass doors open onto a large, part covered terrace with built in barbecue where you can dine out at an attractive stone table with seating, overlooking the gardens and pool. There is a large modern kitchen with marble worktops and white units, which is particularly well equipped.
The villa master bedroom is on the first floor and has the added attraction of a wrought iron 4 poster bed with white net curtains, an en suite luxury bathroom with double sinks, marble tops and flooring. A door off the landing leads to a private sun terrace with views across the garden to the sea. Steps from the terrace lead to a rectangular pool with gradual steps at one end and a seating area at the other.
Air conditioning and pool heating are available at the villa, at additional cost. Maid service 3 days per week. |
