Villa Mariann is an ideal villa for large parties wanting a country environment, yet an easy drive to the many beaches, golfing and other facilities in the Carvoeiro area and there is a small, local café within a 10 minute walk.
Access to the villa is off a quiet country lane (close by Casa Carob) with a gravelled parking area for 2 cars. Well furnished and equipped, Villa Mariann has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms on 3 levels. On the ground floor there is an attractive double bedroom with stairs down to a large, modern bathroom and another double bedroom with a separate shower room. On the first floor a second double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a door to a private balcony with good sea views. An additional double bedroom with a private balcony (sea views), a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom can be found on the second floor.
The spacious, modern, well equipped kitchen is situated on the ground floor and includes black marble work surfaces, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, large fridge/freezer and washing machine and there is a door opening to the side terrace. A breakfast bar with leather topped stools separates the kitchen from the dining area where there is a large wooden table and seating for 10.
A couple of steps lead down to a small, comfortable sitting area equipped with Satellite television, DVD and CD player and from where there is direct access to the pool. Sliding glass doors also open from the dining area onto a wide, part covered terrace with built in barbecue. Steps lead down to the large pool. There is plenty of room to dine or sunbathe outside and enjoy the uninterrupted views over undulating farmland and countryside to the sea. |
