The lawned garden with a barbecue is located at the rear and is solely for use of this property. This is a quiet yet convenient location being within a short walk of Louresse Rocheminier which has a restaurant and a bakery and the town of Doué la Fontaine with its selection of shops and a well renowned zoo is a few minutes drive away. The beautiful town of Saumur on the Loire is also within a short drive. |
