A hallway from the kitchen leads onto the conservatory where there is another eating area overlooking the terrace and garden. There is also a cloakroom with wc at this level plus an independent double bedroom and bathroom with access either via the garage or from the internal courtyard. Upstairs are 2 twin bedded rooms plus a bathroom and separate wc. A garage adjoins the property with a large play area, table tennis and snooker. A garden with lawn, flowering plants and a sandpit can be found at the rear and bikes have been left for client's use. There is also a fishing pond on the adjoining land. The small village of Echemiré has a bakery for your morning bread. |
