| Le Savinas is a delightful,well equipped single storey house situated in the north west corner of Provence. Set in 6,000 square metres of peaceful and wooded grounds, there are wonderful views over open countryside to the Pre-Alps. The large grounds are well landscaped and there is a private swimming pool which is fenced and gated and an outside shower room and wc. A shady terrace, equipped with barbecue, provides the ideal spot for outside dining whilst enjoying the beautiful views. Inside the large living/dining room is attractively furnished and includes satellite television, Hi-Fi system and an open fireplace. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, including dishwasher and micro-wave. The three bedrooms can comfortably sleep 5 people and an extra bed can be added for an additional child. There is a fully tiled bathroom and separate wc plus a separate outside shower room and wc. The attractive old town of Vaison la Romaine (16 kms)has plenty of shops and restaurants and there is a boulangerie (bakery) a short drive away at Mirabel aux Baronnies. |
