| This charming detached stone cottage is situated within the grounds of the owners property in a peaceful and rural location, but has a separate entrance and its own private garden. The cottage has been extensively renovated yet still retains character with beamed ceilings in the living/dining room, exposed stone walls and a large fireplace. The well equipped kitchen is situated to one corner of the living room. Also downstairs is a shower room and separate wc. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double and one twin with views over the valley and a further bedroom with 2 bunk beds as well as a bathroom with wc. The large garden which can be accessed via french doors from both the dining room or the main entrance, enjoys beautiful views over the valley of Clécy and the surrounding countryside. This is an excellent area for walkers and fishing is close by. The pretty village of Clecy is just 2 kms away and provides a choice of small shops and restaurants with boating, canoeing and pedaloes on the river nearby. |
"Rustic cottage with far reaching views over the valley, ideal for country walks and other outdoor pursuits." |
