This recently restored apartment is located in a beautiful old 'Domaine' and enjoys spectacular views of the 'Pic St Loup' mountains. Surrounded by vineyards, the apartment is located in the owners' house or 'Mas' which dates back to 1850. The living room is particularly attractive with a cathedral ceiling, open fireplace and sliding glass doors opening onto a private terrace. Very well furnished and equipped including air conditioning, there are views over the pool. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor and an open stairway leads from the living room to a first floor mezzanine room with twin beds. A walled garden surrounds the communal pool (shared with 2 other apartments) and a built in barbecue. St Mathieu de Treviers (500m) has all the shops you will need for everyday items and Montpellier, with its historic centre, is a short drive away. For oyster lovers, there are 'Parc à Huitres' (oyster farms) along the coast from Balaruc-les-Bains to Meze. Those preferring water sports and beaches should head for La Grande-Motte to the east or Le Cap d'Agde to the west.
