| Serpolet is one of the same small group of properties as Lavandin and stands in an attractive, terraced and wooded area 1.5 kms from the village of Aniane in an area called La Lauze. This property is situated below Lavandin on this terraced site and just below the shared swimming pool. Each of the properties is well screened by bushes and trees. Like Lavandin, the accommodation is spread over 2 floors. The ground floor comprises a dining area with a small kitchenette (mini washing machine), a separate sitting room with a sofabed and television, a shower room and a separate wc. An open tread stairway leads from the dining area to the first floor mezzanine where there are twin beds and door to a separate double bedroom. Outside there is a terrace with a pergola, garden furniture and barbecue and from the pool area there are beautiful views across the Herault Valley. Linen and an end of stay cleaning service is included in the price. Aniane has a weekly market, a supermaket and restaurants whilst the medieval village of St Guilhem le Desert (classified as one of the prettiest villages in France) is only 5 kms away and there is a lake at Salagou (10kms). |
