This brand new villa (completed June 09) has been built to a high stand and is well positioned on an elevated plot within Sesmarias, with views to the sea.

Sesmarias is located approximately 3 kms west of Carvoeiro, in the Algarve. There are several local restaurants, shops and well stocked mini-market within a few minutes walk whilst the excellent golfing facilities at Gramacho and Pinta and the Carvoeiro Club Tennis Centre are within a couple of minutes drive or a 20 minute walk.
All the rooms at Casa Vista Mar are spacious and well furnished and equipped including the option of air conditioning (additional charge). A pedestrian gate opens onto a small front garden with a path to the front door of the villa. The entrance hall gives access to an attractive sitting room with a wood burning stove and Satellite television (free channels); sliding glass doors open onto the pool terrace from where there is a distant sea view. The dining room is through an archway where there is a table and seating for 6 people and a door opening onto the well equipped, "eat-in" kitchen with a laundry room adjacent. The villa also has a double bedroom on the ground floor with a private en suite bathroom.
An attractive, wrought iron bannistered stairway leads to the first floor where there is a spacious landing area with a table and seating. A door opens onto a wide upper terrace overlooking the pool and out to the sea. The 2 bedrooms upstairs comprise a large double bedroom (2m bed) with an en suite shower room and a twin bedded room, also with an en suite shower room.
Outside the villa there is a part shaded terrace for sitting out by the pool, a barbecue and electronically operated gates open onto a cobbled driveway to the side car port.
