Situated just a few minutes walk from the steps down to the beach at Praia da Marinha, one of the most picturesque beaches in the Algarve, Casa Ryder is one of our most popular villas with people returning year after year.
Double gates give access to a long driveway through the villa's beautiful, well planted lawned and landscaped gardens of almost one acre, finishing in a gravel parking area in front of th villa. There is also a large swimming pool which can be heated (additional cost) during the cooler months.
Comfortably furnished and well equipped, this single storey villa has marble flooring throughout. The entrance hall gives access to a well equipped kitchen with a small breakfast table in one corner and an external door to the terrace. Across the hall from the kitchen is a large sitting/dining room with a small built-in bar, wood burning stove, Satellite television, CD player and several sets of sliding glass doors opening onto the pool terrace. The part covered terrace has a table and chairs for outside dining with a barbecue adjacent and external stairs lead to the roof terrace with excellent sea views across the Algarve coastline.
The double master suite is to the right of the hall with ample fitted wardrobes and sliding glass doors to the terrace from where there are good views over the lawn and gardens to the sea. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom. A corridor leads to a twin bedded room again with ample fitted wardrobes and 2 windows with good views to the bay. Opposite the twin room is a full bathroom and at the end of the corridor is another twin bedded room. This third bedroom has attractive, traditional hand painted furniture and again benefits from views over the garden to the sea.
This villa is ideally placed for the beach and walks along the cliff tops, there is also a beach bar/cafe and 2 restaurants within walking distance. Carvoeiro is less than 10 minutes drive away and has a good choice of small shops, restaurants and first class golfing facilities. The bustling small town of Lagoa with its excellent indoor fish and vegetable market and selection of lower priced local restaurants is also within a 10 minute drive of the villa.
