This popular villa is situated in a quiet, country area between Porches and Armacao de Pera and enjoys wide country views across sandy fields and vineyards to the sea. Although quiet, the villa is not isolated and is only approximately 5 minutes drive from the beach. Carvoeiro is also only a short drive away.
The villa is approached through double gates which give access to a driveway leading to the carport at the rear of the villa. The front door opens onto a small hallway which in turn opens to the spacious ground floor sitting/ dining room. Stylishly furnished throughout, the sitting room is equipped with a television (for playing DVD's only) and a good supply of DVD's are left for guests use, plus a CD/cassette player and radio. Sliding glass doors open onto the pool terrace where there is ample room for outside dining. The villa has a bright modern kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooking the dining area. Also on the ground floor are the 2 twin bedrooms fitted with attractive dark wood furniture and sharing a large modern bathroom.
The master suite is on the first floor of the villa and has a wrought iron bed, a modern en-suite bathroom and its own spacious sitting room with a sofa bed. Sliding glass doors open to a large private terrace from where there are excellent sea views and steps leading down to the pool.
Alongside the main pool there is a barbecue, a large shaded pergola with a marble table and benches, a poolside shower and a 2 metre square infants pool. The acre garden surrounds the villa and has been creatively landscaped with rockeries, colourful shrubs, fruit trees and hedging.
Restaurants and mini-markets are close-by and Armacao de Pera with its wide sandy beach, shops and choice of excellent restaurants is just a short drive away. For keen golfers the excellent courses at Carvoeiro are approximately 10 mins drive away. |

Sitting/dining room on ground floor with kitchen leading off dining room, utility room and carport. Large enclosed garden with private pool, infant pool and covered eating area.
