Casa Kekko is a spacious, older style 2 bedroomed villa that has the advantage of a large swimming pool which is unusual for a smaller villa. The pool can also be heated at additional cost during the cooler months. The villa benefits from an elevated, well screened position with views over other villas to the sea.
Single storey, Casa Kekko has double gates opening onto a single car port. There is also a pedestrian gate with steps down through mature, well planted gardens to the front door. With marble floors throughout, the entrance hall gives access to the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and part glazed doors open onto the sitting room which is fitted with a wood burning stove, Satellite television and DVD player. The dining area is separated from the sitting room by an archway and both have sliding glass doors to the pool terrace. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and also has an external door to the side terrace. Like most of our villas at Sesmarias, there is a built in barbecue unit and the attractive garden is full of flowering shrubs. The pool area at Casa Kekko is particularly appealing providing both privacy and a good outlook.
Centrally located within Sesmarias, the mini-market and local restaurants are all within easy walking distance and the excellent golf facilities at Gramacha and Pinto are within a few minutes drive.
Casa Kekko has both central heating and pool heating making it a good choice for winter lets.
