Casa Karian is a single storey villa centrally located within Sesmarias and an easy walk to the local shop and restaurants. It is a well priced villa, ideal for families and first time visitors to the Algarve. The spacious lounge/dining room opens onto an attractive raised terrace with built-in barbeque, overlooking the pool. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and direct access onto the terrace. An external stairway leads to the terrace on the flat roof from where there are wide views to the sea and surrounding area. The Vale de Pinta and Quinta do Gramacho golf courses are only a short drive or a 20 minute walk away and the tennis centre at Carvoeiro Club is a similar distance from the villa. There are several sandy coves within 5-10 minutes drive whilst Carvoeiro with its wide choice of shops and restaurants or the inland town of Lagoa with its excellent indoor fish and vegetable market and low priced local restaurants are both about a 5 minute drive away. |
