This traditionally styled Algarve villa stands in colourful, terraced gardens at the end of a quiet cul de sac within Sesmarias which is located approximately 3 kms west of Carvoeiro. There are several local restaurants, shops and well stocked mini-market within a few minutes walk whilst the excellent golfing facilities at Gramacho and Pinta and the Carvoeiro Club Tennis Centre are within a couple of minutes drive or a 20 minute walk of the villa.
The spacious and well equipped sitting/dining room can be air conditioned (additional cost) and includes a flat screen, satellite television and a wood burning stove. Two sets of sliding glass doors open onto a large balcony from where there are steps down to the pool. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom at this level whilst the master bedroom and en suite bathroom occupies the whole of the second floor and has a private balcony with distant sea views. All the villa bedrooms have air conditioning, available at additional cost.
Extensive, well screened terracing surrounds the pool including a covered area and barbecue for dining "al fresco". From the first and second floor balconies there are views over a wooded valley to the distant sea. The pool at this villa can be heated at additional cost during the cooler months. |

Large sitting/dining room with wood burning stove; adjacent well equipped kitchen. Stairs from the balcony off the sitting room lead down to a wide terrace around the pool (heatable at additional cost), poolside shower and barbecue. Driveway down to carport under villa. |
