This beautiful, luxurious Algarve villa has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard throughout and enjoys superb sea views from its elevated position. Situated between the villages of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, the pretty, sandy cove of Caneiros with its bar/restaurant overlooking the sea is within a 20 minute walk. The fishing village of Ferragudo is just a few minutes drive away and has a good choice of local restaurants and a wide sandy beach whilst there are excellent golfing opportunities at the nearby Pinta and Gramacho golf courses.
A Carvoeiro villa but situated on the outskirts at the end of a quiet no through road where double gates open onto a gravel driveway with plenty of parking space. Surrounded by beautifully landscaped, terraced gardens, the entrance hall opens to a spacious sitting/dining room which has 3 sets of sliding glass doors opening onto the terrace, taking advantage of the wonderful Algarve views. The sitting room is fitted with a wood burning stove and there is a Satellite television and radio/CD player .
Adjacent to the dining area there is a well equipped bar and a door leads to the kitchen which also has sliding doors onto the terrace. The kitchen in this villa is particularly well equipped and there is a small table and chairs for casual dining.
The well appointed master bedroom has its own small sitting area plus walk in wardrobes and an en suite shower room. The other 2 bedrooms are on the opposite side of the villa and both have walk in wardrobes and open onto the terrace. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is an additional cloakroom with wc off the entrance hall to the villa.
Steps lead down from the upper terrace to the rectangular pool which is surrounded by further wide terracing and lawned and landscaped gardens. Due to the high terracing and steps, this villa is not suitable for very small children or the infirm. |
