Casa da Palmeira is a country villa but it is not isolated, being in a small hamlet of similar villas looking out over vineyards towards the sea. The village of Porches, with several good restaurants and small shops, is a few minutes drive away, as is the Algarve resort town of Armacao de Pera with its wide beach, shops and excellent choice of restaurants. Carvoeiro is also within a 10 minute drive.
Double gates open onto a large gravel area in front of the villa where there is parking for several cars.
Well equipped and attractively furnished with light modern furniture, Casa da Palmeira also benefits from a bright, modern kitchen. The villa has a spacious sitting/dining room opening onto a part covered terrace, overlooking the vineyard down to the sea. The mosaic tiled pool is to one side and the wide sea views from the terrace ensure a pleasant, secluded spot for dining out or sunbathing.
There is an additional room in the villa with an external door, part open plan to the sitting room and fitted with a sofa bed which can accommodate additional children.
The villa stands in a large lawned and part landscaped garden and there is a covered barbeque area alongside the pool with built in table and seating. |
