| The owners have renovated an attractive stone barn into a house for themselves and 4 gites. It has a lovely farm setting in the rolling countryside of the Charente-Limousin region. L'Age is located next to the owner's house in a quiet position. Full of character, the living room is comfortably furnished and has a well equipped kitchen area in one corner. The shower room and separate wc are downstairs. The three bedrooms are upstairs. Outside is a private garden reserved for this property with table and chairs for outside dining. A much larger communal garden, with a swimming pool, is situated amidst the farm buildings. In another part of the barn is a games room with table tennis for use by the guests. The pool is shared with 'chambre d'hôte' guests and the other gites. One of these gites (2-4 people) could be booked with C1618 for a group of up to 10 people. Suaux has a grocery store whilst a wider choice of shops including a supermarket can be found at Chasseneuil-sur-Bonnieure (6 kms). |
