Originally one large farmhouse, the owner has worked hard to renovate the building to provide a family home for himself with the holiday accommodation adjacent. Throughout, the cottage is reminiscent of its origins with exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings and tiled floors. The spacious living room is light and airy and has a raised stone fireplace. The kitchen is small yet attractively decorated and well equipped. The bathroom (wc) is downstairs and also houses the washing machine. Upstairs there is a 2nd wc, the large double bedroom which also has a single bed and the single bedroom. All of these rooms are decorated in a style which is sympathetic to their surroundings. Beyond the cottage, there are miles of open countryside to explore with golf, horse riding and beaches within close proximity. |
