| This stone cottage, which adjoins the owner's farmhouse, was completely renovated in 1992. It has a pretty setting amongst other stone farm buildings in the courtyard. The living room is comfortably furnished, including a television.and sofa bed. At one end is the kitchen which is smartly fitted and well equipped. The double bedroom is downstairs and the twin upstairs. The mezzanine is a converted loft where there are 2 single mattresses and it is accessed by a steep ladder. Outside is a pleasant terrace for eating out and a garden. The nearest local shops are at Gestel (1 km) or Queven which has a couple of supermarkets. Lorient is the large regional centre with a wide choice of shops and services although Hennebont is more attractive. The nearest beaches are at Guidel (9 kms). |
