This spacious and well furnished, ground floor apartment is located just a few minutes drive from the centre of Carvoeiro with its wide choice of small shops and restaurants. The Pedra Grande apartments are only a few minutes walk away from both the sandy beach at Centeannes and the popular 9 hole Vale do Milho golf course. There is also a choice of restaurants and a mini-market within walking distance.
This small development of just 24 apartments has the advantage of landscaped gardens and a communal swimming pool, poolside shower and changing rooms.
Apartment 5B has a courtyard entrance at the rear leading into the spacious accomodation which has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is attractively furnished and well equipped throughout including ceiling fans. The comfortable sitting/dining room has an open fireplace, Satellite digital television, VCR and CD player and siding glass doors open onto a front terrace for outside dining (portable barbecue). Adjacent is a modern, well equipped kitchen (dishwasher) with sliding doors onto a rear terrace and a utility room with washing machine adjacent. The bedrooms comprise a twin room with fitted wooden wardrobes, and a large double room (can be converted to 2 singles) with sliding glass doors onto the terrace.
