This spacious and luxurious villa is located in Bovis Lakeside Village and borders the watersports lake on the south west side of Quinta do Lago. The development is a golfer’s paradise but there are also facilities for many other sporting activities. Tennis at the Jim Stewart Tennis Centre; Horse riding at Pine Trees Riding Centre; and many water sports are also available on the wind surfing lake or from the beach itself.

From the large entrance hall some steps will lead you to a spacious and elegantly furnished lounge and dining room with marble floors and patio doors to the top terrace overlooking the pool and lake. The kitchen accessible from the dining room, is bright and modernly fitted. The kitchen leads onto the barbecue area equipped with a bread oven at the side of the property with steps down to the pool area.
On the lower ground floor one master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, dressing and en suite bathroom is equipped with cable TV. Patio doors out to terrace and pool area. One twin bedroom can be made as a double with en suite bathroom and a second twin bedroom with en suite shower room have both patio doors out to the terrace and down a few steps to the pool area. The fourth twin bedroom is with en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning throughtout and the pool is heatable at supplement cost. Wi-fi is available - there is a package available for clients to use that is monitored.
