Azores Home Page
The most westerly point of Europe, these 9 unspoilt, Portuguese islands lie due west of Lisbon, a rocky, volcanic outcrop, many covered in lush vegetation, in the mid Atlantic. A holiday to the Azores is a very different holiday, not for beach lovers, but if you are a walker, bird watcher, enjoy unspoilt scenery and wild flowers, a keen fisherman or want to do some whale watching, this is the place.
Our holidays to the portuguese Azores Islands take advantage of the direct flight operated by the Azorean carrier, SATA International. There are year round flights departing from Gatwick and Manchester every Saturday to Ponta Delgada on Sao Miguel Island, the biggest city of the Archipelago. Alternatively there are daily flights from London Heathrow to Lisbon with connecting flights to all the islands and we are always happy to prepare an individual quotation including these flights.
When planning your holiday to the Azores, you should bear in mind that during the winter time the islands can experience very stormy weather.
Your holiday price will include flights and transfers to your hotel. |

There are daily flights between the islands and during the summer, between Faial and Pico there is a ferry service which takes just 45 minutes to cross between these two islands.
We are always happy to tailor your holiday to your individual requirements and can arrange inter-island flights or day tours to help you explore all that the area has to offer. |
