The villa entrance hall opens onto a spacious sitting/dining room which is beautifully furnished and equipped with digital television, CD player and a wood burning stove. Three sets of sliding glass doors open to the balustraded upper terrace from where stairs lead down to the pool, garden and further large terraced area with table tennis. A well equipped kitchen opens onto an additional upper terrace with a barbecue. The villa has a master double bedroom with en suite bathroom (jacuzzi bath) on the ground floor whilst the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. Casa Girassol has been very well landscaped and there are several large terraced areas on different levels for sitting out in sun or shade.
