| Booking Procedure - Algarve |
Many of our Portuguese villas can be booked and paid for online.
For those villas that are shown as "On Request" we have to quickly check with the villa owner before confirming your booking. We treat all requests on a first come first served basis and your booking request will be answered by email as soon as it is received or first thing next morning.
For those of you who still prefer to speak to someone over the telephone, we are always pleased to take telephone bookings. |

| Deposits |
A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking, the balance then becomes due 8 weeks before the date of travel.
A returnable breakage deposit (normally £250) is required with the final payment for most villas. , |

| Terms and Conditions |
| Before authorising us to charge your credit card or sending a cheque you must read our Terms and Conditions (click on link at top of this page) which set out our respective right and obligations. |

| Credit Cards |
| We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro, however in order to maintain our prices we are obliged to make a charge of 2% for this facility. There is no charge for MAESTRO, DELTA or other debit cards. |

| Included in the villa rental price |
Accommodation (up to the normal occupancy only). Maid service normally between 2 and 5 days per week depending on the villa. Please note that the number of days includes arrival / departure days when you may not see the maid.
Gas, electricity and water.
Linens changed once per week, towels changed twice per week.
The services of our representative or other agent appointed by the villa owner. |

Food packs, cots, extra beds all of which can be arranged separately.
Laundry of personal items which can be arranged with the maid.
Towels for use at the beach and poolside.
Pool Heating.
In certain villas there is also a charge for air conditioning in Summer or electric heating during Winter. |

| Infants |
Infants (under 2) are welcome in most of our villas and one infant can usually be accommodated above the normal occupancy.
Cot rental £15 per week
High chairs £7.50 per week
(Prices may vary dependent on villa location. Cots may sometimes be "travel cots") |

| Extra children above the normal occupancy |
| In some of our villas, though not all, extra children (under 12) can be accommodated above the normal occupancy. The charge for this is £50 per week and includes provision of a folding bed or use of a sofa bed in the villa. |

| Food packs |
In order to keep our prices low as possible food packs are not included in the rental prices but may be ordered separately.

| Passports and visas |
| A valid Passport is required for entry into Portugal. Holders of British passports do not require a visa. Holders of non British passports should check visa requirements with the Portuguese Consulate. |
